At Heart Power, I nurture these qualities through engaging guided meditation and mindfulness practices that build HEART POWER: kindness, peace, and self-love. Each session is a blend of playful activities, guided relaxation, and mindful creativity designed to help children.

Classes are available as private or small group sessions. Together, we’ll help your child shine their unique light on the world.

1:1 Coaching
For children who benefit from individual attention, private sessions are tailored to their specific needs. Whether your child is navigating emotional challenges, struggling with focus, or seeking relaxation, these sessions provide a personalized approach to their growth.

Group Classes
Group sessions are organized by age ("6-8," "8-10", and "10-12") and are limited to seven children per class to ensure a supportive and engaging environment. Activities include breathwork, mindful games, guided imagery, and nature-based exercises.

Workshops
Introduce your child to the joy of mindfulness through my fun and interactive seasonal workshops. These special sessions are designed to align with nature’s rhythms and offer themed activities inspired by the changing seasons.
