As an accredited mindfulness & meditation teacher, I offer uniquely tailored classes of mindfulness & meditation; both in small groups as private. Each class is a blend of meditation, mindful games, mindful art, movement, and relaxation that generates HEART POWER: kindness, peace, compassion, self-love, intuition.
Children love meditation! It is in their nature to be full of HEARTPOWER. Guiding children through relaxation, offering them skills to process daily life and returning to their true nature, is an honour and the children teach me as much as I teach them.

Private Sessions
Private sessions of Heart Power are available in person (Epalinges) or on Zoom, in English, Dutch or French. Private sessions are tailored to the specific needs of your child. Book a private session online, or contact me for more information by email.
Group Classes (by age)
Through playful mindful techniques, breath work, moving, guided imagery, art and nature I teach children skills to stay balanced and true to themselves, ready to surf the waves of life with HEART POWER.
This class is for your child if they want to:
- Learn to identify, accept, express, and process their feelings.
- Allow their body and mind to slow down and relax.
- Find their centre, improving focus and concentration.
- Use music, crafts and nature to connect to their creativity.
- Be reminded how amazing they are!
In short: Reconnecting to themselves, and their intuition, so they can choose wisely for a happier and healthier life.
The classes take place in Epalinges. Maximum 6 children per class.
The forest across the street invites parents for a walk during the class.

The classes take place in Epalinges. Maximum 6 children.

In these 4 weeks (1.5 hour per class) children will explore:
- How to relax body and mind
- The power of our imagination
- Appreciating the choices we have
- Using their senses to reconnect our body with nature
- Identifying and processing difficult feelings (stresses about friendship, fears, angers, homework,…)
- How to centre yourself to be able to focus
- How to use creativity to come back to your beautiful self
In short: Reconnecting to themselves, and their intuition, so they can choose wisely for a happier and healthier life.
The classes take place on demand, Saturdays or Sundays between 10 and 18h. Maximum 7 children.
